Ground crack multi-direction adjustable track
The invention discloses a multi-direction adjustable track for ground fissures. In China, commonly used track structures for underneath passing through ground cracks of subways comprise ballastless tracks and ballasted tracks, but the ballastless tracks and the ballasted tracks both have defects. A low-elasticity wear-resistant foundation sleeper is transversely arranged above a base, a rail bearing table is arranged on the top face of the sleeper, and a steel rail is installed on the rail bearing table through an elastic split type fastener; the peripheries of the low-elasticity wear-resistant foundation sleeper and the base are filled with broken stones to form a broken stone ballast track bed. The method overcomes the defects that the geometric shape and position of the ballast track line are difficult to maintain for a long time, the smoothness is not high, the disease occurrence period is short, the maintenance workload is large, and the maintenance cost is high; and the problems that a complete cast-in-place foundation structure of the ground fissure ballastless track is poor in offline foundation adaptability, can only be adjusted in a single direction, and is complex in structure, high in construction difficulty, high in initial construction cost and the like are solved.
本发明公开了一种地裂缝多方向可调式轨道。我国地铁下穿地裂缝常用的轨道结构有无砟轨道和有砟轨道,但这两种均存在缺点。本发明底座上方横向设有低弹性耐磨基础轨枕,轨枕顶面设有承轨台,承轨台上通过弹性分开式扣件安装钢轨;所述低弹性耐磨基础轨枕和底座四周填筑有碎石,形成碎石道砟道床。本发明克服了有砟轨道线路几何形位较难长期保持、平顺度不高、病害发生周期短、维修工作量大、养护维修费用高缺点;也克服了地裂缝无砟轨道完全现浇基础结构,线下基础适应性差,只能向单个方向调整,结构复杂,施工难度大,初期建设费用高等问题。
