The invention discloses a pile splicing method for embedding a prestressed concrete pipe pile into a cast-in-place expanded pile head, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, constructing a self-sealing bottom type expanded pile head reinforcement cage system; secondly, a supporting hoop device, a concrete supporting formwork and a pipe pile pouring external formwork are sequentially installed on the outer wall of the upper end of the prestressed concrete pipe pile to be subjected to pile splicing operation; then, the self-bottom-sealing type expanded pile head reinforcement cage system is inserted into a hollow pipe hole in the upper end of the prestressed concrete pipe pile; and finally, concrete cast-in-place pile splicing operation is conducted in the pipe pile cast external formwork at the upper end of the prestressed concrete pipe pile. According to the pile splicing method for embedding the prestressed concrete pipe pile into the cast-in-place expanded pile head, the procedure is simple, operation is convenient and fast, the pile splicing height can be actually adjusted and controlled, the pile splicing efficiency is high, the pile splicing joint is good, and the whole pile splicing method is stable and reliable; the combined pipe pile formed by combining the poured prestressed pipe pile and the cast-in-place expanded pile head has the advantages of being good in corrosion resistance and rust resistance, high in strength and pressure resistance, good in stability, safe and reliable.
