Construction method for pulling out supporting steel sheet piles during trench excavation in quicksand stratum
The invention discloses a quicksand stratum trench excavation support steel sheet pile pulling construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, before trench backfill soil construction, drilling holes in the bottom of a concrete pavement plate close to the edge of a trench at intervals of 2m, and then grouting and reinforcing a quicksand soil roadbed at the bottom of the pavement; s2, after grouting reinforcement of all the roadbeds is completed, layered backfilling and tamping of groove earthwork are started, and after earthwork backfilling is completed, a layer of loess is laid on the pavement structure on the outer side of the green belt; s3, the earthwork needs to evenly stretch across a longitudinal expansion joint of the pavement, the laying width is two times of the length of a crawler belt of the pile driving and pulling machine, and then paving steel plates are arranged on the loess; and S4, the pile driving and pulling machine is started to start pile pulling construction. According to the method, the quicksand soil roadbed is firstly subjected to grouting reinforcement, the bearing capacity of the roadbed is improved, then the loess and the steel plates are laid on the pavement to uniformly disperse the pressure of the crawler belt of the pile driving and pulling machine on the pavement structure, the pavement structure is protected against damage, the project cost is greatly reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种流沙地层沟槽开挖支护钢板桩拔除施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、在沟槽回填土施工前,先在靠近沟槽边的混凝土路面板块底部每隔2m打一个孔,再对路面底部流沙土路基进行注浆加固;S2、全部路基注浆加固完成以后,开始分层回填夯实沟槽土方,待土方回填完成以后,在绿化带外侧路面结构上铺设一层黄土;S3、土方铺设需均匀横跨路面纵向伸缩缝,铺设宽度为打拔桩机2倍履带长度,再在黄土上设置铺路钢板;S4、启动打拔桩机开始拔桩施工。本发明通过先将流沙土路基注浆加固,提高路基承载力,再在路面上铺设黄土、钢板将打拔桩机履带对路面结构的压力均匀分散,保护了路面结构不被破坏,大大降低了项目成本,缩短了施工工期。
