The three-dimensional solidified foundation comprises a soil layer (1), a mattress layer (2) arranged above the soil layer (1), a plurality of piles (3) arranged between the soil layer (1) and the mattress layer (2), and a reversed slurry stone layer (4) arranged on the upper layer of the mattress layer (2). The reversed slurry stone layer (4) comprises a reversed slurry stone coagulation layer (41) which is arranged on the lower layer and is mixed and solidified with the upper layer of the mattress layer (2) into a whole, and a reversed slurry layer (42) arranged on the upper layer. And the pile column (3) is a mixing pile. The mattress layer (2) is a rubble layer formed by paving rubbles or gravels. The method has the beneficial effects that a soft foundation treatment area can become an integrally intact giant reinforcing structure, and the quality defect which cannot be overcome by a traditional process is fundamentally overcome.
