A connecting structure of a large-span assembly type sunshade aluminum plate comprises main body overhanging pieces (1), a frame unit (2) and an aluminum plate block (3), the frame unit (2) and the aluminum plate block (3) are installed between the two left-right adjacent main body overhanging pieces (1), and the frame unit (2) and the aluminum plate block (3) connected with the frame unit (2) form a sunshade unit. A top connecting piece (41) and a bottom connecting piece (42) are fixed to the sides, opposite to the frame units (2), of the main body overhanging pieces (1), the ends, opposite to the main body overhanging pieces (1), of the frame units (2) are fixedly connected with the top connecting piece (41) and the bottom connecting piece (42) through bolts, and therefore the sunshade unit is installed between the two adjacent left and right main body overhanging pieces (1). According to the connecting structure of the large-span assembly type sunshade aluminum plate, the on-site installation procedure is greatly simplified, the on-site installation efficiency is greatly improved, and the assembly quality is reliable.
