The invention relates to an overhanging discharging platform. The problem that when an existing overhanging discharging platform is overloaded, a sliding rail deforms or a steel wire breaks is effectively solved. According to the technical scheme for solving the problems, the device comprises two sliding rails arranged front and back, each sliding rail is provided with a U-shaped frame with an inward opening, the openings of the two U-shaped frames are opposite, and each U-shaped frame slides on the corresponding sliding rail; the front side and the rear side of the interior of each U-shaped frame are each fixedly provided with a vertically-placed fixing rod, a flat plate capable of sliding up and down on the four fixing rods is installed on the four fixing rods, the front side and the rear side of the interior of each U-shaped frame are each provided with a left supporting plate and a right supporting plate, the outer ends of the supporting plates are hinged to side plates of the U-shaped frames, and supporting plates are installed at the inner ends of the supporting plates; according to the sliding rail, the supporting plate and the tension spring on the flat plate are used for bearing a heavy object, the pulling force of the supporting plate on the heavy object disappears, then part of force borne by the sliding rail is transferred, the pressure borne by the sliding rail is reduced, and the safety of the sliding rail is guaranteed.
本发明是一种悬挑卸料平台,有效的解决了现有的悬挑卸料平台在超载时滑轨发生变形或钢丝发生断裂的问题;其解决的技术方案是,包括两个前后布置的滑轨,每个滑轨上各有一个开口朝内的U形框,两个U形框开口相对,每个U形框在各自的滑轨上滑动;每个U形框的框内前后两侧各固定有一个竖直放置的固定杆,四个固定杆上安装有一个能在四个固定杆上上下滑动的平板,每个U形框的框体内的前后两侧各有一个左右布置的托板,托板外端铰接在U形框的侧板上,托板的内端安装有支撑板;本发明利用托板和平板上的拉簧对重物进行承载,通过使托板对重物的拉力消失,进而使滑轨所承载的一部分力进行转移,减小滑轨所承受的压力,保证滑轨的安全性。
