The invention provides a concrete pouring coke oven top plate cleaning pipe protection construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, fixing a template and a batten together through nails to manufacture a cleaning pipe protection cover plate, the template is round, the diameter of the template is equal to the outer diameter of a cleaning pipe, the length of the batten is smaller than the inner diameter of the cleaning pipe, and the batten is fixed to the cleaning pipe protection cover plate; the nail fixing position is in the center of the template surface and the batten surface; s2, a cleaning pipe is fixed, and the protective cover plate manufactured in the step S1 is inserted into the cleaning pipe; and S3, concrete is poured to a set height, and after the concrete is solidified, the protective cover plate is taken out. The construction method is easy, convenient and rapid to operate, the construction period is shortened, the workload of workers is reduced, and in addition, raw materials of the protective cover plate are waste materials in the construction process and are easy to obtain and low in cost.
本发明提供一种混凝土浇筑的焦炉顶板清扫管保护的施工方法，按如下步骤施工：S1、将模板与木方用钉子固定在一起，制成清扫管保护盖板，模板为圆形，模板的直径与清扫管的外径相等，木方的长度小于清扫管的内径，钉子固定的位置在模板表面与木方表面的中心；S2、将清扫管固定好，把S1中制作好的保护盖板插入到清扫管中；S3、浇筑混凝土至设定高度，待混凝土凝固后，取出保护盖板。本发明施工方法操作简便快捷、缩短施工周期、减少工人工作量，另外保护盖板的原料都是施工过程中的废旧材料，原料易得、成本低。
