The variable-diameter pile foundation orifice safety protection device comprises a vertical rod, a flying rod, a supporting rod, a connecting rod, a bottom hinge disc, a top hinge disc, a hinge mechanism, a fixing nail, an adjusting nut and a limiting clamping support. The limiting clamping support is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the vertical rod, and the top end of the vertical rod is rotationally connected with the top hinge disc which is connected with the flying rod. The adjusting nut and the bottom hinge disc are connected to the vertical rod in a sleeved mode through threads. Supporting rods are connected to the bottom hinge disc, the other ends of the supporting rods are hinged to flying rods, every two adjacent flying rods are hinged through a connecting rod, fixing nails are hinged to the ends of the flying rods, and the device is fixed by pressing the fixing nails into a soil body around a pile foundation hole opening.
