The invention provides a device for reinforcing a special-shaped reinforced concrete column. The device comprises the special-shaped reinforced concrete column, reactive powder concrete, a fixing plate and a fastener. A first hole is formed in the surface of the special-shaped reinforced concrete column; the fixing plate is provided with a second hole and a fixing groove; the fastener penetrates through the second hole and the first hole and is connected with the fixing plate and the special-shaped reinforced concrete column. The reactive powder concrete is poured in a regular cavity formed by connecting the fixing plates end to end through the fixing grooves. In addition, the fiber cloth is matched with the epoxy resin adhesive to be wound and pasted on the outer side of the fixing plate and used for restraining the poured reactive powder concrete and the special-shaped reinforced concrete column, the hoop effect is generated, and then the bearing capacity of the special-shaped reinforced concrete column reinforcing device is improved.
