The invention provides a stone structure wall anti-seismic reinforcing structure and a construction method. The reinforcing structure comprises an X-shaped assembly. The X-shaped assembly comprises a central reinforcing device (3) in the middle; the center reinforcing device comprises an X-shaped two-way connecting sleeve (31) and a plurality of inclined reinforcing rod pieces (4) which are arranged in the two-way connecting sleeve in a sliding mode and face different directions. The tail end of the inclined reinforcing rod piece is fixed to the wall surface of the stone wall (1), and tension is applied to the wall surface to reinforce the wall body; an elastic piece which is connected with the inclined reinforcing rod piece and applies pre-tightening force is arranged in the two-way connecting sleeve; when the wall body deforms to enable the inclined reinforcing rod piece to slide in the two-way connecting sleeve, the elastic piece enables the inclined reinforcing rod piece to be in a tension state all the time; a more reliable stone wall reinforcing scheme can be formed.
