The invention provides a multi-gear inflation and deflation assembly. The multi-gear inflation and deflation assembly comprises an air pump set and a valve body. The valve body is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the air inlet end of the air pump group is communicated with the air outlet, and the air outlet end is communicated with the air inlet; a valve core is arranged in the valve body, and the valve core rotates around the axial direction of the valve body under the action of a driving piece; when the valve element is located at the first position, the bubbling gear through hole of the lower air pipe is communicated with the air inlet through a first channel in the valve element. When the valve element is located at the second position, the first channel in the valve element enables the air exhaust gear through hole of the lower air pipe to be communicated with the air outlet. When the valve element is located at the third position, the first channel in the valve element is sealed by the lower air pipe. The invention further provides the swimming pool.
