Fabricated building door and window
The fabricated building door and window comprises an outer frame, an inner frame and a window body installed on the inner frame, a sealing ring is arranged on the inner side face of the outer frame, and a clamping mechanism is installed at the end, away from the outer frame, of the inner frame. The clamping mechanism comprises a clamping piece, a limiting plate arranged between the inner frame and the clamping piece, a guide column penetrating through the limiting plate to be installed on the clamping piece and transverse clamping devices installed at the two ends of the clamping piece, a first elastic piece is installed on the guide column, and a first installation hole corresponding to the guide column is formed in the inner frame; the clamping piece can be connected with the inner frame through a fastening screw, and a longitudinal jacking mechanism is further arranged in the inner frame. By arranging the guide column and the first elastic piece, the clamping piece can be pulled up in the sliding stroke of the guide column, and then by means of the clamping mechanism, the longitudinal jacking mechanism and the fastening screw rod, the fabricated building door and window can be clamped and installed in the installation openings of different sizes to adapt to walls of different thicknesses with the installation openings.
本发明公开一种装配式建筑门窗,其包括外框架、内框架和安装在内框架上的窗体,外框架的内侧面上设有密封圈,内框架远离外框架的一端安装有卡夹机构,卡夹机构包括卡接件、设置在内框架与卡接件之间的限位板、穿过限位板安装在卡接件上的导向柱和安装在卡接件两端的横向卡接装置,导向柱上安装有第一弹性件,内框架上设有与导向柱相对应的第一安装孔,卡接件可通过紧固螺杆与内框架连接,内框架中还设有纵向顶紧机构。本发明通过设置导向柱和第一弹性件,使卡接件能够在导向柱的滑动行程内拉起,再利用卡夹机构、纵向顶紧机构和紧固螺杆,使装配式建筑门窗可卡紧安装在大小不一的安装口中,适配不同厚度的开设有安装口的墙体。
