Vehicle axle load spectrum and pavement response synchronous measurement system and method
The invention discloses a vehicle axle load spectrum and road surface response synchronous measurement system and method. A detection module comprises induction units arranged at an entrance and an exit of a detection area, and an axle load measurement unit and a response measurement unit which are arranged in the detection area; the data acquisition module is used for acquiring an axle load measurement signal, a response measurement signal and a high-low level signal of the sensing unit, and storing the signals into a dynamic array; and the data analysis module is configured to extract the measurement signal of each unit from the dynamic array and obtain the change of the vehicle axle load and the driving track of a certain vehicle type to the response of the road surface according to the data of each unit. Acquisition of the vehicle speed, the vehicle model, the axle load and the vehicle driving track is achieved, the position of the tire acting on the road surface is obtained through the vehicle driving track, the influence of the axle load and the driving track on the road surface response can be analyzed more deeply in combination with the road surface response data, and effective data are provided for road surface damage mechanism analysis.
本发明公开一种车辆轴载谱及路面响应同步测量系统及方法,包括:检测模块包括设于检测区域入口和出口的感应单元,以及设于检测区域内的轴载测量单元和响应测量单元;数据采集模块用于采集轴载测量信号、响应测量信号和感应单元的高低电平信号,并存储至动态数组中;数据分析模块被配置为从动态数组中提取各单元的测量信号,根据各单元数据得到某车型的车辆轴载和行驶轨迹对路面响应的变化。实现车辆的车速、车型、轴载及车辆行驶轨迹的采集,通过车辆行驶轨迹得到轮胎作用于路面的位置,结合路面响应数据,可以更加深入的分析轴载、行驶轨迹对路面响应的影响,为路面损坏机理分析提供有效数据。
