The invention discloses a waste incineration fly ash coal-fired boiler co-processing technology which comprises the following steps: S1, waste incineration fly ash is generated, and the fly ash is collected; s2, the collected fly ash is fed into a stirring device, water is added for stirring forming, slurry is formed, and primary water washing is conducted; s3, the slurry enters a filter press to be subjected to filter pressing to form a mud cake and primary filter pressing mother liquor; according to the invention, the existing coal-fired power plant boiler system is transformed, a mud cake charging system after washing and dechlorinating the incineration fly ash of the garbage power plant is added, and an original boiler dust removal system is transformed, so that the effect of removing dioxin by calcining in a cement kiln in a co-treatment process of the incineration fly ash in the garbage incineration fly ash in the cement kiln is replaced. Therefore, the single environment-friendly resource treatment process of co-treatment of the waste incineration fly ash in a cement kiln at present is changed, and the problem of treatment of a huge amount of waste incineration fly ash after landfill of the waste incineration fly ash is forbidden at present is solved.
本发明公开了一种垃圾焚烧飞灰燃煤锅炉协同处置工艺,该工艺包括如下步骤:S1:垃圾焚烧飞灰,垃圾焚烧产生飞灰,并将飞灰收集;S2:将收集飞灰送入搅拌装置,加水搅拌成型,形成泥浆,进行一级水洗;S3:泥浆进入压滤机压滤成泥饼和一级压滤母液。本发明通过对现有的燃煤电厂锅炉系统改造,增加垃圾电厂焚烧飞灰水洗脱氯后的泥饼入炉系统,和改造原有的锅炉除尘系统,代替垃圾焚烧飞灰水泥窑协同处置工艺中的水泥窑煅烧除二噁英作用。由此改变目前垃圾焚烧飞灰水泥窑协同处置这样单一的环保资源化处置工艺,满足目前禁止垃圾焚烧飞灰填埋后巨大数量的垃圾焚烧飞灰处置难题。
