The invention discloses a preparation method of a liquid coal-saving environment-friendly raw material grinding aid, which is characterized in that triethanolamine, citric acid, aconitic acid and ceric ammonium sulfate are adopted, nitrogen protection is carried out, the temperature is kept at 90 +/-2 DEG C, and viscous liquid, namely, aconitic acid triethanolamine ester, is obtained; then, respectively adding ferric nitrate and lanthanum nitrate into a reactor, and adding pentaerythritol to obtain a solution A; and 3, adding 48-52% of the solution A and 30-36% of triethanolamine aconitate, uniformly mixing, adding 10-14% of calcium nitrate and 4-8% of sodium chloride, stirring and dissolving, and adjusting the pH value to 4.5-6.5 by using acid to obtain yellow liquid, namely the coal-saving environment-friendly raw material grinding aid. The adding amount of the coal-saving environment-friendly raw material grinding aid is about three ten thousandths of the mass of the raw material, so that the machine-hour yield of cement raw material grinding can be improved, the power consumption is reduced, the fineness is uniform, agglomeration is avoided, and the standard coal consumption of clinker sintering is reduced by 3-5%.
