The invention discloses a reinforcing material for a reinforced concrete member and a preparation method of the reinforcing material. The reinforcing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-330 parts of slag; 100 to 150 parts by weight of metakaolin; 200-250 parts by weight of an alkali activator solution; and 300 parts by weight of water. The reinforcing material of the reinforced concrete member is geopolymer mortar which is prepared from the slag, the metakaolin and the alkali activator solution, has the advantages of early strength, high strength, good corrosion resistance, good durability, high temperature resistance, good heat insulation performance and the like, and meanwhile, due to low porosity, liquid water is difficult to enter an internal pore structure through peripheral pores, so that the problem that the strength of the reinforced concrete member is poor is solved. The anti-seepage capacity is high, the influence of frost heaving on the internal structure is small, and therefore the anti-freezing performance is high, and the method can be applied to reinforcement of reinforced concrete members in cold regions.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土构件的加固材料及其制备方法,其中加固材料包括以下重量份数的原料:矿渣300‑330重量份;偏高岭土100‑150重量份;碱激发剂溶液200‑250重量份;水300重量份。本发明的钢筋混凝土构件的加固材料为一种地聚物砂浆,其使用矿渣、偏高岭土和碱激发剂溶液制备得到,具有早强高强、耐腐蚀性好、耐久性好、耐高温、隔热性能好等优点,同时,由于孔隙率低,液态水通过外围孔隙进入到内部孔隙结构困难,抗渗水能力强,内部结构受到的冻胀影响较小,故抗冻性较高,可以应用于寒冷地区的钢筋混凝土构件的加固。
