Photovoltaic pavement based on epoxy resin concrete
The embodiment of the invention discloses a solar pavement structure based on epoxy resin concrete. The solar pavement structure comprises a transparent epoxy resin protective layer and a solar cell array, transparent epoxy resin concrete is concrete formed by combining a cementing material with epoxy resin as a raw material and glass particles obtained after colorless waste flat glass is broken as glass aggregate, and due to the fact that the material is transparent, sunlight can penetrate through a concrete layer to reach the surface of an internal solar cell module, so that the solar cell module is protected from being damaged, and the service life of the solar cell module is prolonged. The solar cell panel can convert solar energy into electric energy, and power generation is achieved. Based on the power generation principle of the solar cell panel, the transparent epoxy resin concrete is used as a protective layer, the photovoltaic power generation effect on the road surface is achieved, meanwhile, the driving requirement is met, and the cost is reduced.
本发明实施例公开了一种基于环氧树脂混凝土的太阳能路面结构,包括透明环氧树脂保护层与太阳能电池阵列。透明环氧树脂混凝土是由以环氧树脂为原材料的胶凝材料,以无色废旧平板玻璃破碎后的玻璃颗粒为玻璃集料组合而成的混凝土,由于材料本身透明,从而实现让太阳光能够穿透该混凝土层,到达内部的太阳能电池组件表面,使太阳能电池板得以将太阳能转化为电能,实现发电。本发明基于太阳能电池板的发电原理,以透明环氧树脂混凝土作为其保护层,实现于路面进行光伏发电的成果,同时满足行车的需要与成本的降低。
