The invention relates to an arch bridge buckle cable anchoring connection system and method.The system comprises an anchoring plate connected to an arch rib, the anchoring plate is rotationally connected with a distribution beam, the distribution beam is transversely arranged, the rotating plane of the distribution beam is a vertical plane, and the distribution beam is rotationally connected with a plurality of steering connectors; the rotating plane of the distribution beam is perpendicular to the rotating plane of the steering connector, each steering connector is rotationally connected with an anchoring head, the rotating plane of the steering connector is perpendicular to the rotating plane of the anchoring head, the rotating plane of the anchoring head is a vertical plane, and the anchoring head is used for being connected with a buckle cable. By arranging the distribution beams, anchoring point positions and one transverse degree of freedom of the buckle cable are increased, two vertical degrees of freedom are achieved, the error-tolerant rate of buckle cable installation is increased, and the machining and installation difficulty of the arch rib connecting buckle cable is reduced; all parts are assembled and systematically designed and can be directly machined in a factory to form a whole set of arch bridge buckle cable anchoring system, and the reliability and the repeated utilization rate of the system are improved.
