The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a cable bent tower steel bar component with a polygonal outer side and a circular inner cavity. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: firstly, binding an inner cavity steel bar component with a circular cross section; an outer side steel bar component with the polygonal section shape is bound, the outer side steel bar component comprises two layers of outer ring main bars arranged on the outer side and a middle layer main bar arranged on the inner side, and the outer ring main bars and the middle layer main bar are each provided with a plurality of stirrups at intervals in the vertical direction; the outer ring main rib and the middle layer main rib are connected through a plurality of closed hoops, and the closed hoops are arranged in a quincunx shape in the vertical direction; and finally, the outer side reinforcing steel bar component and the inner cavity reinforcing steel bar component are connected through a drag hook rib to form the cable bent tower reinforcing steel bar component. According to the method, the manufacturing problem of a complex-section steel bar component is solved, the section parameter performance of the cable bent tower can be effectively improved, and the cable bent tower can still meet the stress requirement under the condition that the height is limited.
