V-shaped pier prestress pull rod construction method
Three layers of pull rods are arranged between formworks on the two sides of a pier body in a penetrating mode, the first layer of pull rods are arranged below one third of the height of the V-shaped pier, the second layer of pull rods are arranged above one third of the height of the V-shaped pier and below two thirds of the height of the V-shaped pier, and the third layer of pull rods are arranged above two thirds of the height of the V-shaped pier and below the top of the V-shaped pier. Pier body concrete is poured in three layers, and a pull rod corresponding to the layer is tensioned before each layer is poured; the pier top No.0 block is poured in four layers, three layers of pull rods are tensioned from bottom to top before pouring of each layer, and finally the pull rods are dismantled after prestressed construction of the No.0 block is completed. By arranging the prestressed pull rod and applying different prestressing forces at different construction stages of the V-shaped pier, the horizontal component force of the pier body can be balanced, and cracks can be effectively prevented from being generated at the root of the V-shaped pier.
本发明涉及一种V型墩预应力拉杆施工方法,在墩身两侧模板间穿设3层拉杆,第一层拉杆设置在V型墩1/3高度以下,第二层拉杆设置在V型墩1/3高度以上、2/3高度以下,第三层拉杆设置在V型墩2/3高度以上、顶部高度以下;墩身混凝土分3层浇筑,每层浇筑前先张拉该层对应的拉杆;墩顶0号块分4层浇筑,每层浇筑前,先自下而上张拉3层拉杆,最后在0号块预应力施工完成后,拆除拉杆。本发明通过设置预应力拉杆,并在V型墩不同施工阶段施加不同的预应力,可以平衡墩身水平分力,能有效防止V型墩根部产生裂缝。
