The invention relates to the technical field of arch bridge encased concrete construction, in particular to an arch bridge encased concrete variable-height curve web construction method which comprises the steps that a plurality of outer side formwork units are assembled and manufactured on the ground, and the height of the outer side formwork units is larger than the pouring height of an arch ring section web; the outer side formwork unit is cut in a matched mode at a time according to the arch rib line type; and then the outer side formwork units are hoisted to the to-be-installed position, and splicing is conducted in the longitudinal direction of the arch rib till the to-be-poured section is covered. Ground assembling is not affected by construction space, construction operation is easy, the formwork splicing quality can be improved, the flatness and attractiveness of the formed concrete surface are improved, meanwhile, the matching, cutting and scattered splicing process on an arch is reduced, the safety risk of high-altitude operation is reduced, in addition, matching and cutting are conducted on the ground according to the arch rib line type, and the construction efficiency is improved. The device can directly adapt to an arch box curve and a variable height line type, and the construction efficiency and quality of a web template are integrally improved; the invention further relates to the web formwork adopting the construction method.
