The invention discloses an automatic kerb cleaning device and a using method. The cleaning device comprises a supporting base and further comprises a power component, a transmission component, a moving wheel component and a cleaning component which are arranged on the supporting base. The transmission part comprises a first transmission mechanism and a second transmission mechanism which are connected with each other, and the first transmission mechanism is connected with the power part; the moving wheel part is driven by the first transmission mechanism; and the cleaning part is driven by the second transmission mechanism. According to the cleaning device, the first bevel gear is matched with the second bevel gear perpendicular to the first bevel gear, so that the transmission auxiliary shaft and the motor rotate synchronously, the cleaning roller is in rolling friction on the side face of the curb along with rotation of the transmission auxiliary shaft, and the purpose of cleaning the curb is achieved. Based on the transmission conversion device, the fixing buckle and the cleaning fluid mechanism, the automatic kerb cleaning device can stably and automatically operate on the top face of the kerb, and meanwhile the side face of the kerb can be better cleaned.
