The hydraulic control device is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost and convenient to install, a linkage limiting mechanism composed of a control rod, a fixed column body and the like in the control mechanism can control hydraulic oil in the first reversing valve to conduct reversing, and therefore it is guaranteed that piston rods in the first lifting oil cylinder and the second lifting oil cylinder move repeatedly within a certain range, and the working efficiency is improved. The requirement for active and continuous lifting of the gate is met, and then the requirement for lifting of large and small gates is met; the telescopic mechanism is matched with the first locking oil cylinder and the second locking oil cylinder, it can be ensured that the gate lifting shaft can continuously ascend or descend no matter how long the first lifting oil cylinder and the second lifting oil cylinder stretch out or retract, and the gate lifting efficiency is improved.
