The invention discloses a water conservancy and hydropower dam water inlet floating object cleaning device which comprises a cleaning unit and a dredging unit. The cleaning unit comprises a conveying belt, a driving friction roller and a driven friction roller are arranged on the inner side of the tail end of the conveying belt in an attached mode, and center shafts of the driving friction roller and the driven friction roller are movably arranged in the dam; and the dredging unit comprises a cam rotating disc, a cam groove is formed in the surface of the cam rotating disc, a first sliding block is slidably arranged on the surface of the cam groove, and an ejector rod is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the first sliding block. Through mutual combination of the cleaning unit and the dredging unit, floating objects are cleaned, the cleaning unit can transport and clean large-size impurities such as branches and convey garbage to the garbage recycling tank, and the dredging unit can clean small impurities blocking a filter plate, so that water flow is convenient to flow, and the cleaning effect is good. And the garbage is recycled, so that the cleaning operation of floating objects at the water inlet of the water conservancy and hydropower dam can be achieved.
