Equipment and method for improving vertical bearing capacity of pipe pile in sandy soil layer
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a device and method for improving the vertical bearing capacity of a tubular pile in a sandy soil layer, and the device comprises the tubular pile, a pile press, a pile feeder, a high-pressure water flushing slurry recovery device and a double-liquid grouting device; a high-pressure water flushing method is adopted for conducting high-pressure water flushing on a soil plug in a tubular pile cavity to form slurry, then the slurry in the cavity is discharged through a slurry pump, due to the fact that the soil plug in the tubular pile forms the slurry to be discharged, the tubular pile can be pressed to the designed elevation through the circulation, meanwhile, cement slurry and water glass double-liquid grouting is adopted, and the grouting efficiency is greatly improved. Double-liquid grouting is conducted at a certain depth of the lower portion of the pile tip of the tubular pile, meanwhile grouting is conducted in a cavity of the tubular pile, and a soil plug is formed again; through the engineering, the pipe pile can enter the sandy soil layer by any depth, the common problem that the pile sinking difficulty of the pipe pile in the sandy soil layer is large is solved, and meanwhile the bearing capacity of the pipe pile is greatly improved due to the fact that the reinforcing area and the soil plug in the cavity are formed at the bottom through grouting.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体涉及一种提高管桩在砂性土层中竖向承载力的设备及方法,包括管桩、压桩机、送桩器、高压水冲泥浆回收装置和双液注桨装置;通过采用高压水冲的方法对管桩空腔内的土塞进行高压水冲形成泥浆,再通过泥浆泵将空腔内的泥浆排出,由于管桩内的土塞形成泥浆排出,如此循环,可将管桩压至设计标高,同时采用水泥浆和水玻璃双液注浆,在管桩桩尖下部一定深度进行双液注浆,同时在管桩空腔内进行注浆,重新形成土塞;经过上述工程,使得管桩可以进入砂性土层中任意深度,解决了在砂性土层中管桩沉桩难度较大的常见问题,同时由于注浆在底部形成加固区域和空腔内土塞,极大的提高了管桩的承载力。
