Mortise and tenon connection assembly type slide-resistant pile retaining wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a mortise and tenon joint assembly type slide-resistant pile retaining wall which comprises a plurality of prefabricated modules, each prefabricated module comprises two U-shaped prefabricated parts and two flat plate prefabricated parts, first tenons which are sequentially arranged at intervals in the length direction of the end faces are formed at the ends of the U-shaped prefabricated parts, and a first mortise is formed between every two spaced first tenons; second tenons which are sequentially arranged at intervals in the length direction of the end face are formed at the end of the flat plate prefabricated part, a second mortise is formed between every two spaced second tenons, and the second tenons on the flat plate prefabricated part are connected with the first mortises in the U-shaped prefabricated part in a matched mode. The second mortise on the flat plate prefabricated part is connected with the first tenon on the U-shaped prefabricated part in a matched manner; the splicing seams avoid the four corners where stress is concentrated, the internal force borne by the retaining wall in the excavation process is reduced, the connecting force between structures is greatly enhanced in a simple splicing mode, meanwhile, the tenon-and-mortise grooves are inclined to be mutually restrained so as to resist lateral pressure from a soil body, and the safety of the structures is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种榫卯连接的装配式抗滑桩护壁,包括多个预制模块,预制模块都包括两个U形预制件和两个平板预制件,U形预制件端部形成有沿端面长度方向依次间隔布置的第一榫头,每两个相间隔的第一榫头之间形成第一榫槽;平板预制件的端部形成有沿端面长度方向依次间隔布置的第二榫头,每两个相间隔的第二榫头之间形成第二榫槽,平板预制件上的第二榫头与U形预制件上的第一榫槽配合连接,平板预制件上的第二榫槽与U形预制件上的第一榫头配合连接;拼接缝避开应力集中的四角处,减小开挖过程中护壁所受的内力,用简易的拼接方式大幅加强结构间的连接力,同时通过榫卯凹槽倾斜而相互约束以抵挡来自土体的侧向压力,加强了结构的安全性。
