And a rack is mounted on each layer of supporting base. Large-scale centrifugal machine equipment is connected with the multi-layer supporting base structure, the cantilever height of the centrifugal machine main shaft is reduced, the rigidity of a supporting system of the centrifugal machine equipment is improved, and therefore swing of the centrifugal machine main shaft and vibration of the structure are reduced, and stable operation of the centrifugal machine equipment is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种大型离心机设备的土建结构支撑体系,包括设置在外部的基础结构,所述基础结构内部设置容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设置有大型离心机设备的驱动设备;所述基础结构的所述容纳腔底部设置所述驱动设备的驱动电机,所述容纳腔的侧壁上设置有多层式的支撑基座,多层式的所述支撑基座在所述驱动电机上的主轴轴向方向上分隔布置;各层的所述支撑基座上皆安装有机架。本发明将大型离心机设备通过与多层支撑基座结构连接,减小了离心机主轴的悬臂高度,增大了离心机设备的支撑体系刚度,从而降低了离心机主轴的摆动和结构的振动,保证离心机设备的稳定运行。
