The invention aims at disclosing a self-sinking type offshore wind power pile foundation anti-scouring device. The self-sinking type offshore wind power pile foundation anti-scouring device comprises a sliding barrel, a scouring groove bottom plate and a scouring groove outer barrel, wherein the sliding barrel is divided into two parts which are symmetrically arranged and attached to an offshore wind power pile; the sliding barrel comprises a washing groove inner barrel, a sliding barrel connecting plate, a sealing plate and a pulley; the scouring tank bottom plate comprises a bottom plate, a bottom plate connecting plate and a lifting ring; the washing groove outer barrel comprises an outer barrel and an outer barrel connecting plate; compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the device is small in outer diameter, convenient to install and better in protection effect, the protection device can sink automatically, and therefore the phenomenon that the anti-scouring effect fails due to the fact that the seabed surface descends is avoided, and the purpose of the device is achieved.
