A manual and automatic combined type drainer comprises a main body, a support, a water sealing cover, a guide shell, a transmission water sealing spring, a transmission rod, an NS retaining magnet, a rod guide seat, an SN retaining magnet and a force storage driving device, the water sealing cover is fixed to the upper end of the guide shell, and the water sealing cover is kept in the support; the transmission rod is in sliding fit with the rod guide seat; the SN retaining magnet is arranged in the head part, the NS retaining magnet is matched with the SN retaining magnet, the rod guide seat extends out of the lower end of the guide shell, the head part is matched with the annular baffle for stopping, the lower end of the transmission water sealing spring is matched with the head part, and the upper end of the transmission water sealing spring is matched with the water sealing cover or an end cover on the guide shell; in a water sealing state, the N end of the NS movable magnet and the NS static magnet are magnetically attracted; in a water drainage state, the S end of the NS holding magnet and the SN holding magnet repel each other and are spaced from each other; the force storage driving device is arranged on the bottom plate and connected with the transmission rod. The water sealing cover is kept in the support and seals water, and when the water storage capacity is large, water pressure drives the water sealing cover to achieve water drainage; and when the water storage capacity is small, the water sealing cover is manually pressed to realize drainage.
