A clamping block is movably connected to the bottom of the pulling block, a pulling groove allowing the clamping block to be inserted is formed in the top of the protruding block part, a lock pin is movably connected into the second wall plate and used for locking the pulling block so that the horizontal spring can be in a stretched state, and an unlocking rod is further arranged on the first splicing face and used for jacking up the lock pin so as to unlock the pulling block.
