The invention discloses an efficient environment-friendly paint spraying device for house building decoration and a paint spraying method thereof.The environment-friendly paint spraying device comprises a paint spraying machine, a trolley and a spray gun, the paint spraying machine is installed on the trolley, and the spray gun communicates with the paint spraying machine through an anti-explosion paint pipe; the spray gun comprises a ball body, a ball cup, a telescopic motor, a nozzle, a distance sensor and a handle; the ball body is connected into a spherical groove of the ball cup in a rolling mode, a cylinder base of the telescopic motor is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the ball cup, and the handle is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod of the telescopic motor. The nozzle is fixed with the handle, the nozzle is communicated with one end of a pipeline in the handle, and the other end of the pipeline is communicated with the anti-explosion paint pipe; the distance sensor is fixedly connected with the cylinder base, and the detection end of the distance sensor faces the side where the ball is located. The handle is provided with a touch screen and a trigger switch used for controlling opening and closing of the nozzle. According to the invention, the dependence on artificial experience is reduced, and the spraying quality and the construction efficiency are improved.
