The invention provides a novel construction method of a detachable archaized decoration detail structure, and relates to the technical field of archaized buildings. Manufacturing archaized decoration detail components, wherein the archaized decoration detail components are made of modern composite boards; comprising a square column material with a wire groove, and the square column material comprises a connecting plate, a tenon and a sparrow-shaped support; head-on center lines pop out of the two ends of the square column material, squaring is conducted according to the section size required by design, and line snapping and polishing are conducted; popping up along-body center lines on the upper surface and the lower surface of the square column material, and respectively marking a surface width, a net surface width and a full outer dimension line of a tenon; according to the center line along the body, a drawing plate is used for retreating from a mortise opening to determine the shape and size of a square-column shoulder and a tenon; cutting off a long column, tenoning, breaking a shoulder, scraping and planing a round edge, re-bouncing a center line, and marking a position on the square column material; the concealed wiring of electromechanical pipelines inside and outside a building is realized by utilizing the wire duct at the upper part of the detail component, and the overall impression is improved. The problems that the archaized building detail structure does not conform to the overall effect and later maintenance is inconvenient are effectively solved.
本发明提供一种新型的可拆卸仿古装饰细部构造的施工方法,涉及仿古建筑技术领域。制作仿古装饰细部构件,采用现代复合木板制作;包括带有线槽的枋料,枋料包括连接板、榫头和雀替;枋料两端弹出迎头中线,依设计要求的截面尺寸找方,弹线抛光;在枋料上下面弹出顺身中线,分别标出面宽、净面宽及加上榫头的满外尺寸线;依照顺身中线,用抽板从卯口讨退确定枋肩及榫头形状尺寸;截去长荒,开榫,断肩,刮刨圆楞,复弹中线,在枋料上标记位置;连接板上侧设置预埋水电口,利用细部构件上部的线槽,实现建筑内外机电管线的暗敷走线,提升整体观感。本发明有效地解决仿古建筑细部构造不符合整体效果且不便于后期维护的问题。
