Method for transforming building roof into planting roof
The invention discloses a method for transforming a building roof into a planting roof, which comprises an original building roof and comprises the following steps: S1, detecting and judging the original roof; s2, combining with a method of reserving an existing roof of a building, verifying a roof planting range, and verifying whether materials capable of reducing weight exist or not; s21, when no weight reduction material exists, a load orientation method is adopted for construction; and S22, the planting roof is integrally transformed, and a load replacement method is adopted for construction when weight reducing materials exist. According to the method, the original roof is detected and judged, the load replacement method is adopted for construction when the original roof has a weight-reducing material, the original roof is replaced on the premise of not reinforcing the structure, and the original roof structure is replaced by the special light steel structure, so that the load capacity of the newly-added metal roof is smaller than that of the original roof; further, the green plant module load which can be borne by the metal roof is improved, and finally the roof greening planting technology under the condition of reducing the load is achieved.
本发明公开了一种建筑屋顶改造种植屋面的方法,包括原有建筑屋顶,包括如下步骤:S1:对原有屋面进行检测判定;S2:结合保留建筑已有屋面做法,核实种植屋面范围,并核实是否有可减重材料;S21:无减重材料时采用荷载定向法进行施工;S22:整体改造种植屋面且有减重材料时采用荷载置换法进行施工。本申请通过对原有屋面进行检测判定,当原有屋面存在可减重材料时采用荷载置换法进行施工,在不进行结构加固的前提下,置换原屋面做法,利用特制轻型钢结构替代原有屋面结构,使新增金属屋面的荷载量小于原有屋面荷载,进而提高金属屋面可承受的绿植模块荷载,最终实现减小荷载情况下的屋顶绿化种植技术。
