The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: by adopting the technical scheme, the excavation can be reduced to the greatest extent on the basis of meeting specifications and use functions; compared with a common underground garage, the floor height is reduced by about 1m, and the cost is maximally reduced; compared with a common underground garage, lighting, ventilation and smoke exhaust systems are reduced, and matched machine rooms and pipeline systems are saved; the method is suitable for being implemented in narrow land parcels, particularly old community projects, and the economical underground garage design method is provided.
