The invention relates to a movable lifting type parking frame which comprises a parking plate frame arranged on a shear fork type lifting mechanism, and a vertical auxiliary supporting rod is hinged to the position, on one side of the movable end of a shear fork arm of the shear fork type lifting mechanism, of the end of a bottom frame. The upper ends of the auxiliary supporting rods are connected with the parking plate frame in a sliding mode so that the auxiliary supporting rods can be folded along with the shear fork type lifting mechanism. According to the movable lifting type parking frame, by additionally arranging the auxiliary supporting rods, the stability after the gravity center deviates due to lifting of the shear fork type lifting mechanism is enhanced, lifting of the shear fork type lifting mechanism to the higher height is achieved, the height of the parking plate frame can be further increased, and the height space below the parking plate frame is increased for parking.
