The invention belongs to the technical field of door and window hardware fittings, and relates to an extremely narrow pulley which comprises a connecting shaft, a bearing and a pulley body with a track groove in the periphery, one end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the pulley body, the other end of the connecting shaft is rotatably inserted into an inner ring of the bearing, and the pulley body can rotate relative to the bearing through the connecting shaft; reinforcing pieces are arranged at the bottoms of the track grooves and on the wheel body. The wheel body is made of plastic materials, and the reinforcing piece is made of metal materials. Compared with a traditional wheel body made of a single plastic material, the strength of the wheel body provided with the reinforcing piece is higher, and deformation or indentation is not prone to being generated in the supporting process; meanwhile, compared with a wheel body made of metal materials, the wheel body made of plastic materials has the advantages of being easy to machine, low in cost, easy to form and the like in the mode that the reinforcer is arranged in the wheel body made of the plastic materials.
