The invention relates to the technical field of wind driven generators, in particular to an offshore wind driven generator heat exchanger cleaning device which comprises a cleaning part which comprises a frame body installed on the outer side of a wind driven generator heat exchanger, a spraying part and a wiping part, the spraying part and the wiping part move along the frame body, and the spraying part and the wiping part are fixedly connected. A power piece used for controlling the spraying piece to move is arranged on the frame body. Rainwater is collected through the bearing part firstly, then the rainwater is guided into the water containing part to be stored, and after the rainwater is stored to a certain amount, the rainwater is sprayed out through the cleaning part in a centralized mode, and the heat exchanger of the wind driven generator is cleaned; a transmission part in the water containing part drives a spraying part and a wiping part in the cleaning part to lift under the lifting motion of a piston plate so as to comprehensively wash and then wipe the surface of the heat exchanger of the wind driven generator, and it is guaranteed that the surface of the heat exchanger of the wind driven generator is clean; and forming a water-absorbing thin salt layer on the surface.
