The invention provides a high-performance sprayed concrete admixture which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60-65 parts of a first component and 35-40 parts of a second component. The first component is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 60 to 70 parts of superfine mineral admixture, 15 to 20 parts of redispersible latex powder and 15 to 20 parts of guar gum. The second component is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 50 to 70 parts of metakaolin and 30 to 50 parts of ground rice hull ash. According to the admixture for the high-performance sprayed concrete, the cohesiveness of the sprayed concrete is improved, the rebound rate is reduced, the one-time spraying thickness and the early strength of the sprayed concrete are improved, and the compactness of the sprayed concrete is improved. Meanwhile, the admixture for the high-performance sprayed concrete improves the impermeability and durability of the sprayed concrete.
