The invention discloses a self-compacting clay ceramsite foam concrete material and a preparation method thereof. Concrete is prepared by uniformly mixing and stirring a cementing material, lightweight aggregate, foam and a water reducing agent, the cementing material is composed of Portland cement and fly ash or composed of Portland cement and mineral powder; the lightweight aggregate is clay ceramsite with the particle size range of 5-20 mm; the foam is formed by forming a foaming agent solution from an MPS silicon resin polyether foam stabilizer, an FP-108 animal protein foaming agent and water according to the mass ratio of 0.01: 1: 30 through a foaming machine. And the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid liquid water reducing agent. Compared with common clay ceramsite foam concrete, the clay ceramsite foam concrete disclosed by the invention has the advantages of light volume weight, good durability, good anti-seismic thermal insulation performance, high compressive strength, no need of vibration during pouring, difficulty in foam breaking and the like, and can be widely applied to prefabricated buildings as a novel building material.
本发明公开一种自密实粘土陶粒泡沫混凝土材料及其制备方法,混凝土是由胶凝材料、轻骨料、泡沫和减水剂混合搅拌均匀而成;所述的胶凝材料是由硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰或者由硅酸盐水泥和矿粉组成;所述的轻骨料为粒径范围5‑20mm的粘土陶粒;所述的泡沫是由MPS硅树脂聚醚稳泡剂、FP‑108动物蛋白发泡剂和水按照质量比例为0.01:1:30的比例形成发泡剂溶液,并通过发泡机形成的泡沫;所述的减水剂为聚羧酸系液体减水剂。与普通粘土陶粒泡沫混凝土相比,本发明的粘土陶粒泡沫混凝土具有容重轻、耐久性好、抗震保温隔热性能好、抗压强度高、浇筑时无需振捣且泡沫不易破灭等优点,作为一种新型建筑材料可广泛应用在装配式建筑。
