The high-strength and low-heat-conductivity-coefficient heat insulation pipe bracket comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of a microporous calcium silicate reclaimed material; 35-40 parts of a calcium raw material; 50-60 parts of a siliceous raw material; 2-3 parts of reinforced fibers; 1 to 2 parts of sepiolite fiber; and 100 to 120 parts of water. According to the invention, the microporous calcium silicate is used for producing defective products and leftover materials, and the microporous calcium silicate reclaimed material obtained by crushing and screening the defective products and the leftover materials is stable in structure, small in density and low in heat conductivity coefficient, is a good thermal insulation material, has excellent thermal insulation performance, reduces the raw material cost, realizes waste reutilization, and reduces the production cost. The problem of recycling of defective products and leftover materials of the microporous calcium silicate is solved; in the system, various raw material components are compounded according to a specific proportion, and the finally prepared heat insulation pipe bracket has excellent heat insulation performance, low density, light weight and strong fracture resistance and compression resistance, and greatly reduces heat loss of a high-temperature pipeline.
