High-content rubber modified asphalt permanent pavement structure
The invention relates to the field of road building materials, and discloses a high-mixing-amount rubber modified asphalt permanent pavement structure which sequentially comprises an upper surface layer, a waterproof bonding layer, a middle surface layer, a lower surface layer and an anti-fatigue layer from top to bottom, and the upper surface layer, the middle surface layer, the lower surface layer and the anti-fatigue layer all comprise high-mixing-amount rubber modified asphalt concrete layers. According to the high-mixing-amount rubber modified asphalt concrete layer of the upper surface layer, the mixing amount of rubber ranges from 30% to 35% by mass, the mixing amount of the middle surface layer ranges from 40% to 45% by mass, and the mixing amount of the lower surface layer and the anti-fatigue layer ranges from 50% to 55% by mass. The waterproof bonding layer is a fiber reinforced rubber modified asphalt waterproof bonding layer; the middle surface layer comprises two groups of high-modulus rubber modified asphalt concrete layers and wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt sticky layers which are sequentially stacked. According to the pavement structure provided by the invention, the anti-rutting performance and the bearing capacity are effectively improved, and the anti-fatigue performance of the pavement is improved; the crack resistance, the fatigue resistance and the durability of the permanent pavement are improved.
