Moving wheels; a steering wheel; a storage part; a painting and spraying part; when the mounting part moves, the control part controls the painting and spraying part to spray the pigment to the ground or controls the painting and spraying part to stop spraying the pigment; the mounting part comprises a mounting plate, a supporting column, a control assembly and a driving assembly, the supporting column vertically slides on the mounting part, and the driving assembly drives the supporting column to vertically move; the control assembly controls the steering wheel to enter a state identical to the advancing direction of the moving wheel or controls the steering wheel to enter a steering state; when the driving assembly drives the supporting columns to move downwards till the steering wheels break away from the ground, the control assembly controls the steering wheels to rotate till the advancing direction is the same as that of the moving wheels. After the control assembly controls the steering wheels to steer, the driving assembly drives the supporting columns to move upwards. The method can keep the drawing precision of the marker line stable.
