The invention discloses a large-span bent cap supporting system crossing an existing passage road and a using method. The large-span bent cap supporting system comprises a support, a discharging device and a bearing frame. The bracket comprises a bracket unit and a connecting beam; the support units are arranged on the two sides of a passage road. The unloading device comprises a fixed cylinder, an unloading cylinder and an outer wrapping locking cylinder; the vertical section of the side wall of the upper half section of the fixed cylinder is wedge-shaped; the vertical section of the side wall of the lower half section of the unloading cylinder is wedge-shaped; the outer wrapping locking cylinder is connected between the fixed cylinder and the unloading cylinder; an annular bulge is arranged on the inner surface of the outer wrapping locking cylinder; the upper part and the lower part of the inner surface of the annular bulge are inclined surfaces; the outer wrapping locking cylinder comprises an adjusting cylinder unit and an adjusting bolt; the bearing frame is installed on a supporting plate at the top of the support and comprises a longitudinal beam, a main cross beam and a distribution beam. The technical problems that a traditional full framing and few-support supporting system cannot guarantee normal passing of an existing road on the lower portion, and meanwhile a non-floor type support is affected by the section form of a pier column, the bearing capacity of the support and the mounting and machining quality are solved.
一种跨越既有通行道路的大跨度盖梁支撑系统及使用方法，包括支架、卸落装置和承托架；支架包括支架单元和连梁；支架单元设在通行道路两侧；卸落装置包括固定筒、卸落筒和外包锁定筒；固定筒上半段的侧壁竖向切面呈楔形；卸落筒下半段的侧壁竖向切面呈楔形；外包锁定筒连在固定筒与卸落筒之间；外包锁定筒内表面设有环向凸起；环向凸起内表面上部为斜面，环向凸起内表面下部为斜面；外包锁定筒包括调节筒单元和调节螺栓；承托架安装在支架顶部的支撑板上，包括纵梁、主横梁和分配梁。本发明解决了传统的满堂架和少支架支撑系统无法保证下部既有道路正常通行，同时也要解决无落地式支架受到墩柱截面形式、支架承载力和安装加工质量影响的技术问题。
