The limiting cones retract, the traffic cones in the stacking device shell fall on the sliding blocks, a motor of the collecting and conveying device works, and the sliding blocks and the traffic cones on the sliding blocks are rotated away through a transmission belt; the stacking device is adopted for automatically stacking a certain number of traffic cones, collection of the traffic cones and loop bars is automatically completed, and the manual collection risk is reduced.
