The invention discloses an efficient sweeping and dust collecting road sweeping device which comprises a body, a cavity is formed in the body, a first partition plate is fixedly connected in the cavity, a first sweeping mechanism is slidably connected to the lower portion of the first partition plate, the first sweeping mechanism is in transmission connection with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the first partition plate. The first sweeping mechanism comprises a first connecting plate slidably connected with the driving mechanism, first sweeping parts are mounted at the two ends of the first connecting plate respectively, first connecting boxes are fixedly connected to the two sides of the body respectively, and second sweeping mechanisms are fixedly connected into the first connecting boxes respectively. In the working process of the body, the first connecting plate ascends or descends through the driving mechanism, the position of the first sweeping part is adjusted, the road surface is swept, meanwhile, dust generated in the sweeping process is collected, and after sweeping is completed, water is sprayed to the road surface for cleaning and dust falling; the second sweeping mechanisms arranged in the first connecting boxes on the two sides of the body are used for sweeping the road shoulders of the road.
