本发明公开了一种刚性接头地连墙及其施工方法,新型排插式刚性接头地连墙一期槽段为钢壳混凝土结构,可以提高地连墙的整体刚度与受力性能;接头区域存在搭接钢筋网片,不存在无筋区,受力性能较高;钢箱下放过程中对垂直度进行实时监测,钢箱下放完成后采用调位系统对钢箱安装姿态进行调整,实现了钢箱的高精度安装;采用由防绕流铁皮、碎石、水袋、接头箱组成的复合式防绕流系统,降低混凝土绕流风险;通过墙底及墙侧压浆对墙侧和墙底土体进行加固处理,消除墙侧泥皮以及墙底沉渣层对地连墙承载性能的影响,提高钢箱接头地连墙承载性能;其可有效提高施工质量,加快施工速度。
