The locking assembly is arranged at the large-diameter end of the conical limiting cavity and comprises at least two locking blocks, a locking area capable of shrinking or expanding in the radial direction is defined by the multiple locking blocks, the elastic mechanism is arranged in the containing cavity, acting force is applied to the locking assembly, and the acting force enables the locking assembly to move towards the small-diameter end of the conical limiting cavity.
