The invention relates to the technical field of dredging engineering equipment, and discloses a trailing suction dredger overflow cylinder which comprises a base, a lifting cylinder is arranged in the base in a sliding mode, three sliding rods are fixedly arranged on the outer edge protruding edge of the base, and the top of the lifting cylinder is in a funnel shape; the top of the sliding rod penetrates through the funnel extending face on the top of the lifting cylinder and is fixedly provided with a triangular platform, and a hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly installed in the middle of the triangular platform. The overflow barrel of the trailing suction dredger solves the problems that in the prior art, when a large amount of low-concentration mud and sand mixture is discharged out of a cabin through the overflow barrel, large impact force exists due to impact of a large amount of turbid liquid on the basis of the height of the overflow barrel, meanwhile, large water pressure exists on the basis of the depth of the turbid liquid flowing into the overflow barrel, and therefore the turbid liquid cannot be discharged easily in the turbid liquid discharging process. And the impact force and water pressure of turbid liquid in an overflow cylinder can only be discharged and cannot be well utilized, so that the situation of energy waste exists.
本发明涉及疏浚工程设备技术领域,且公开了一种耙吸船溢流筒,包括:基座,所述基座的内部滑动设置有升降筒,所述基座的外沿凸楞处固定设置有三个滑杆,所述升降筒的顶部呈漏斗状,所述滑杆的顶部贯穿升降筒顶部漏斗伸展面并固定安装有三角平台,所述三角平台的中部固定安装有液压油缸。该耙吸船溢流筒,解决了现有技术中,大量的低浓度泥砂混合物经溢流筒排出船舱时,基于溢流筒本身高度的情况,大量浊液冲击而下,存在较大冲击力,同时基于溢流筒本身流入的浊液深度,还具备较大水压,进而在排出浊液过程中,其溢流筒内部的浊液冲击力与水压只能进行排放,不能很好的将其利用,存在能量浪费的情况。
