Stable installation and construction method for zero-carbon building fabricated thermal insulation wall surface
The invention relates to a stable installation and construction method for a zero-carbon building assembly type heat preservation wall face, in order to achieve stable installation, a high-strength fireproof heat preservation auxiliary board, an anti-crack leveling mortar layer and a decoration layer are arranged on the two sides of a fireproof heat preservation main board built in a wall frame in an embedded mode respectively. According to the arrangement of the main plate and the two auxiliary plates, non-metal heat insulation bridge connecting pieces transversely penetrate through the main plate and the two auxiliary plates, steel wire meshes are hung on inner limiting fastening discs fastened at the two screw ends of a part of the connecting pieces which are arranged at intervals in a threaded fit mode, and a plurality of limiting cushion discs which are arranged in parallel at intervals are embedded in the inner sides of the steel wire meshes between the connecting pieces before hanging or after hanging. The two screw rod ends of all the connecting pieces are in threaded fit with outer limiting fastening discs for fastening the steel wire gauze, and the steel wire gauze, the auxiliary plate and the main plate are nailed and fixed through inclined penetrating V-shaped metal web wires and then leveled through anti-crack leveling mortar. The wall has the advantages of being suitable for on-site quick assembly and construction, high in wall surface stability, good in heat preservation performance, high in wall surface accessory hanging resistance, good in weather resistance and fire resistance, long in service life and capable of achieving high-quality-efficiency stable assembly type installation and construction.
本发明涉及一种零碳建筑装配式保温墙面的稳固安装施工方法,为实现稳固安装,是墙框架内嵌砌设的防火保温主板两侧分别设高强度防火保温副板和抗裂找平砂浆层及装饰层;副板和抗裂找平砂浆层的设置:主板及两则副板先横向贯穿设置非金属断热桥连接件,相互间隔的一部分连接件两螺杆端螺配紧固内限位紧固盘挂设钢丝网,挂设前或后在连接件之间的钢丝网内侧嵌设多个间隔并列的限位垫盘,所有连接件两螺杆端螺配紧固钢丝网的外限位紧固盘,钢丝网与副板及主板之间用斜穿V型金属腹丝钉固,再用抗裂找平砂浆抹平。具有适宜现场快捷装配建设,墙面稳固性强和保温性好,墙面耐挂附件能力强,耐候防火性好,寿命长,实现高质效稳固装配式安装施工的优点。
