Intelligent detection and automatic repair equipment for building wall surface cracks
Intelligent detection and automatic repair equipment for building wall surface cracks comprises an extraction assembly, a small arm swing assembly, a clamping adjustment assembly, a large arm telescopic assembly, a downward pressing output assembly, a camera, a distance measuring instrument, a control system and a walking mechanism. A discharging pipe is installed at the tail end of the connecting pipe, the clamping adjusting assembly is used for fixing the discharging pipe and ensuring that a port of the discharging pipe corresponds to the wall face, and the control end of the processor controls the small arm swing assembly, the large arm telescopic assembly and the downward pressing output assembly to act and controls the overflow pump to be started and stopped. The processor controls all the assemblies to act according to image acquisition and distance detection information, finally, the discharging pipe is automatically moved to the position of a wall crack, the moving speed and the guniting amount of the whole equipment are controlled according to all points of the wall crack, and the intelligent automatic repairing function is achieved.
